AFA Clay-Peel™ Facts

Formulated by the same renowned board certified dermatologist who successfully launched esterified glycolics and the TCA masque to the medical markets in the 90s.

Based on the successful AFAs Amino acid skin care program which is less irritating and a more powerful antioxidant than previously available cosmeceuticals.

A Unique two-step procedure that includes:
1) an AFA rare earth clay masque that draws impurities from and prepares the skin for;
2) application of the specific strength AFA gel peel. This Peel provides exfoliation and powerful antioxidants with little irritation associated with peels of this strength.

Especially effective for fine lines, improving the tone and texture of the skin, and photo damaged skin.

Best results are achieved by a series of 6 peels administered every 2 to 3 weeks. There is no down time with this peel.

Unlike other chemical peels, can be used in tandem with other cosmetic procedures such as IPLs and non ablative lasers.

Offers dermatologists and plastic surgeons a safe, controlled, and efficacious alternative modality for facial, hand, and chest rejuvenation

AFAs are only available in Canada through medical professionals and are sold in over 25 countries.

What does the AFA Clay Peel do?

The first step of the Clay Peel is the AFA Mask. The Mask draws cut impurities and opens up the pores in the skin. This prepares the skin to get the maximum benefits out of the peel step. The results are immediate and dramatic. Your skin will feel smoother, softer and tighter after the first application. Over a series of treatments, improvements will occur with fine lines, tough skin, and pigment irregularities. Using the AFA home care products between treatments will help these improvements occur more rapidly, and they can be used after the series of treatments to maintain the results.

What to expect from the two-step AFA Clay Peel Treatment.

Your medical professional will administer the treatment to achieve the best results. First, your face is cleansed and dried.

Then, Step One: The AFA Mask is applied in a thin coat and left on for approximately 5 minutes. The Mask is gently removed with water.

Step two: The AFA Peel is applied in a thin, even layer on the face and left on for 1-2 minutes. The Peel is then rinsed from the skin and appropriate after care is supplied by your medical professional.

For best results ask your professional about using AFA Gels at home between treatments.
