Persons with a history of sensitivity or allergic reactions to any ingredient in this product should not use Fade HQ. It is for adults only. The safety of topical Hydroquinone use during pregnancy or on children under 12 years old has not been established.

Potential adverse reactions: No systemic adverse reactions have been reported. Occasional hypersensitivity (localized contact dermatitis) may occur. In such cases, FADE HQ applications should be discontinued and a physician or skin care professional consulted immediately.
