AFA™ GEL MILD, PLUS and MAX

RGR PHARMA LTD. firmly believes that safe use of skin care products requires knowledge of the physical, chemical and hazardous properties of the substances. Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are the primary vehicle for transmitting this detailed information.

In evaluation of RGR PHARMA's products, a number of guidelines are observed:

1. Most RGR PHARMA products are mixtures, not "pure" substances. Since minimal objective scientific information is available on the hazards of the mixtures, they are assumed to have the same hazards as the component parts.

2. An individual MSDS is prepared for each component determined to be a health or physical hazard and which comprises 1% or greater of the mixture.

3. An individual MSDS is prepared for each component that has been determined to present a physical hazard.

4. MSDS information is prepared in accordance with the rules presented in Hazard Communication, 29 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 1910.1200(g), Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, July 1, 1993.
